Getting Stronger Each Day!

The past few weeks I have been going strong on eating clean and working out. Only this time while meal prepping I have been focusing more on portion control rather than just calories. My meals mainly consist of less carbs and more protein/greens. The main thing I use in order to prep meals is the 21 Day Fix containers from Beachbody. I have been eating roughly 1,200 calories a day but have not been depriving myself of food that I crave because I know I will not be successful if I were to do so. Saying that I have completely cut soda out of my daily intake all together. In doing all of this I can a feel a major difference in my body. My belly fat is already beginning to go away, my fat on my legs are beginning to shrink and the amount of food I am able to eat before I get full has decreased drastically.
