Time for beach body
This year I have worked hard to maintain my fitness and keep my weight off. The past 2 weeks I have began to start to lose weight again. Summer is right around the corner and its time to push my body to new limits and get the beach body I deserve. I refuse to be the girl in her t shirt and basketball shorts this year. I have began picking up on extra cardio and ab routines. Along with a diet that will help me shred the last bit of tummy fat.
I started extra workouts targeting my mid section and lower body the past two weeks. I can already see changes in my stomach and how much better it is beginning to look. I will soon be posting my ab workout and how I got results the way I did.
